Lightstone New York Regional Center, LLC is approved as a designated EB-5 Regional Center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The Regional Center serves the New York City metropolitan area, and invests in luxury rental apartments, outlet shopping malls, retail centers, and other residential and non-residential real estate development projects. The Regional Center was established by Lightstone to stimulate economic development and growth, create U.S. jobs and secure financing for real estate development projects in the New York City area. Lightstone works with international investors and New York-based developers with projects that are anticipated to enhance the local community, improve the economy, and create jobs to satisfy the requirements of the United States EB-5 Visa Program.


Project Legal Counsel
