Bruna Allemann is responsible for investor relations in Latin America.  Previously, Ms. Allemann helped establish the agribusiness division at Banco Indusval and developed the commercial banking departments at Sertrading and Timbro Trading. She began her career at the multinational firm Unilever.

Ms. Alleman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Sciences from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is a graduate of the Minerva Schule in Basel, Switzerland. Ms. Allemann is fluent in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. She is based in São Paulo.

Kitty Li is responsible for Lightstone’s investor relations activities in China. Ms. Li has been in the immigration services industry for over 13 years and brings rich business knowledge and experience spanning from real estate to financial services.

Ms. Li holds a degree in Financial Management from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Southern Cross University. Ms. Li is fluent in Mandarin and is based in Shanghai China.

D. Oliver Martineau is the Head of Asia – Capital Markets for Lightstone Private Wealth. Prior to joining Lightstone, he was the Director of Projects for Minqiang Group, a leading developer in the US and China. Previously he was a founding partner of Au Group, a Beijing-based real estate and EB-5 consulting firm whose clients included three of the largest real estate brokerages in China. Overall, he has helped to facilitate the raising of over $300 million of EB-5 capital over the last 7 years. Mr. Martineau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He is fluent in English, French and Mandarin.

Cindy Lee is responsible for Lightstone’s investor relations activities in South Korea. Prior to joining Lightstone, Ms. Lee worked in international recruitment and consulting for higher education across South Korea, Japan, and Mongolia. Ms. Lee also worked at Arthaland Developer in Manila where she was responsible for investment fund raising from individual and institutional investors. Ms. Lee has extensive experience in international admissions for medical and health and sciences schools and began her career in nutritional science research.

Ms. Lee has Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutrition from the Seoul Health & Science Eulji University and Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Philippines Women’s University. Ms. Lee is fluent in Korean and Tagalog. She is based in Seoul, South Korea.

Oliver Marks is responsible for Lightstone’s investor relations activities in Hong Kong. Previously, Mr. Marks worked throughout Asia in consulting and business development. In 2016, Mr. Marks founded his own consulting company in Hong Kong and has worked on securing over $50MM in EB-5 capital.

Mr. Marks holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin and Business Management from The University of Sheffield. Mr. Marks has business fluency in Mandarin. He is based in Hong Kong

Anthony Kong is responsible for investor relations activities in the People’s Republic of China. Previously, Mr. Kong was the Director of Projects for Washington Regional Center, one of the first regional center operators in the industry. Mr. Kong has worked on securing approximately $100MM in EB-5 capital.

Mr. Kong holds a Master of Management degree from North China University of Science and Technology. Mr. Kong is fluent in Mandarin. He is based in Shanghai, China.

Bansri Smeltz is the Investor Relations Manager. She is responsible for investor onboarding and relationship management. Ms. Smeltz is also involved in the development and implementation of the marketing and communication strategies for Lightstone Private Wealth. Prior to Lightstone, Ms. Smeltz worked in investor relations at American Immigration, LLC where she was responsible for global investor relations and marketing throughout South Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.

Ms. Smeltz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English, with specializations in Psychology and Comparative Literature from Rutgers University. Ms. Smeltz is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. She is based in New York City.
